Rocker's Baseball Themed Art Auction to Help Texas Fire Victims

A new story written by ETSC's Chuck Vanderbilt about a musician's baseball themed paintings up for auction with all proceeds going to Texas wildfire victims in Bastrop county is now up at CardboardConnection.com

Here is an excerpt from the story:

Well-known indie rock artist, Will Johnson, has many passions: making music, creating art and the game of baseball. You could also say he loves Texas. As the Lone Star State experiences one of the worst droughts in its history, wildfires plague many Texans...

The artist currently has two art pieces listed on eBay to support those affected by the blazes. One of the paintings is of former Met Dave Kingman and the other features Richie Hebner from the Pirates. In addition to these pieces, Johnson also donated all of his music sales from September 10th and 11th to help fire victims.
