Texas Represented with 11 Prospects on MLB's Top 100

Earlier this week MLB released it's Top 100 Prospects list. The Astros have three prospects in their farm system while the Rangers can boast they have four. Here's who made the list. First round draft pick Anthony Rendon leads the college group while Josh Bell represents the prep group.

The top prospect in the Rangers organization, Jurickson Profar, ranked 7th overall. First base slugger Jonathan Singleton and 2011 first round draft pick George Springer will likely move quickly through the Astros farm system.
